My cousin recently got his iPhone 7 Plus repaired at a “professional” iPhone Repair shop and it seems like after the repair it intermittently stops responding at all. Any touch inputs would not be registered until I took my kit to the phone and unplugged the battery. Once the battery is unplugged, I connected the battery once more and turned on the phone. It works. However 3 days later, the screen is once again unresponsive. I am not sure what iOS version the device is on, but I am seeking any answer to my questions! Any help would be appreciated!

It’s either a bad screen, screen not sitting flush at the bottom (bottom of screen would be pushing up or have a gap) or at worst caused by a fault on the logic board. Usually it’s the first two, and worst case when the phone is bent.
