Hi all, My iPhone 7 plus accidentally fell down from my hand, after using it around 20 mins it started restarting. Now it works this way, it keeps restarting for every 1 min - battery capacity (%) will be either 1 or 100% only during charging plug is connected to power. This happened for a while. Now, it shows only Apple logo, and keeps restarting. Can anyone tell what is the problem? And please suggest the solution
Sounds like the battery is on it’s way out, usually this happens with replacement aftermarket batteries if they are not adhered properly in the phone.
It could be one of 2 things. The battery going bad or the charging IC going bad. Try and new battery and hope for the best.
