hello . I try to charge my iphone 7 plus using usb power meter to see how amps its take. But when i plug my charger, it’s only take 0.00 amps. What is the problem ? battery or motherboard ?
It’s hard to tell without looking at the phone myself but you should start by replacing the charge port or at least cleaning it. If you have a pair of fine-tipped tweezers or even a toothpick you should be able to poke around inside and scrape out any dirt and debris. You should be able to order a replacement kit here on ifixit or take it to a local independent repair shop and they can get it done.
