iPhone 7 plus upper screen won’t touch, i already did the hard reset and still wont touch, any suggestions to fix this?
Has the phone been dropped. Have you kept it in your front or back pocket in tight clothes and sat down on it? You probably damaged the LCD/digitizer. Put a new screen on it and you should be fine.
