When i turn on my mic i stop hearing the game sound and that remains until i enable it again please someone help
Try resetting the iPhone.
I’ve had this exact issue before. I know it’s a pain since it’s several GBs, but reinstall the game. Then, go into the game’s audio settings and make sure the volume is turned up, (mine got locked at 0) Also, are you using headphones of any kind? (wired, Bluetooth) If all fails, make sure to file a bug report with PUBG Corporation/Bluehole. Edit: Go to iOS Settings > PUBG Mobile > Permissions and make sure it has everything it needs.
