iPhone 7 screen has lines in it. Put the old screen back on no problem with lines. So I’m guessing the screen y’all sent is defective how do I get it replaced
Y’all = a bunch of people just like you who happen to answer forum questions now and then if they happen to know something that can help someone else.
You need to make Y’all = iFixit customer service—-google that, they have email and a phone number.
But yes—lines on a replacement screen sounds like a parts problem. BE CAREFUL since this can be a bad LCD, but it can also be a bad flex from bending/twisting during installation.
