I have an iPhone 7. Replaced the screen/digitizer with an ifix part. Install went flawlessly (at least seemed to). Now the phone is opening apps and adding letters when I type. Calls people when I’m in my recent call log. Performed hard reset Restored from backup Updated to latest version Assuming it’s a hardware issue either from my install or with the screen. Any help would be appreciated
double check the connections are fully seated for the lcd. Have you slightly crimped the flex cable when fitting the screen into the housing? Else, you have a defective screen.
Ghost touching is usually caused by a defective part or damaged cables.
