Chosen Solution
I have a customer of mine that buys screens from me a couple of times, he did a screenreplacement on a iphone 8 plus and it worked, but when he tried to unlock the screen the phone is completely dead. No response on mute button or when connected to PC. I have tried with a new 100% working screen and battery but still dead, even when connected in itunes. Tried: DFU, recovery, volum up and volume down then lock button, new screen and new battery.
Is there any sign of long screw damage.First look on that because long screw makes that issues.I also see that issues before then diagonis found long screw damage.
I’m currently having this problem myself did you ever find a solution for this by any chance ?
