i am looking at buy a certain iPhone 8 plus where the person bought it in working condition but the front and back were cracked so they got them replaced but now it wont turn on they even replaced the battery. does this sound like a connection issue or should i not even bother with it .
Don’t bother, most likely damage on logic board.
