i’m using this iphone as a secondary phone for a long time, screen is cracked but everything was working without any problem for months. i was in a 2 week quarantine because of the pandemic situation, when i came back in home checked the phone its was dead, not even low battery icon after pressing power button, tried to charge it and it immediately went into recovery mode, tried hard reset but nothing changed, so then i plugged it into itunes and tried to restore the system, itunes said that something was wrong with the iphone and it needed update and restore, everything went well, new software got downloaded and installed without any problems, after that iphone restarted it self and i thought it was finally turning on, but no, same screen appeared and itunes still says it needs update and restore. when i’m plugging out the cable iphone is turning off in few seconds and power button still does nothing, any help please? every repair shop is closed and i don’t know what to do, i can buy and replace the battery myself but that’s as far as i can go with my repair skills. i have no clue what’s going on
Try a free software called 3utools. I doubt you have any hardware issues
