My iPhone 5s fell in the water. The technicians replaced the screen and it was repaired. Suddenly, the cellular connection started to fail. I sometimes don’t have any signal at all. Most of the time I only have “E” internet or gprs. 3 or 4g are rare. I put the SIM card in another phone and it provided 4g. I tried resetting the phone, but didn’t help. I wonder if this is an antenna issue. Wifi works fine
I think you’ll need to take the phone to a reputable repair shop that does liquid damage repairs if you want that fixed. Sounds like the liquid damage repair wasn’t well as it is still having problems.
