Hi I recently begin to update my iPhone to the lastest 13.3.1 but after it had installed it’s now stuck on the activation screen. Every time I tried to activate it it says that the iPhone was not able to activate because it couldn’t reach the server or something. sometimes it also just restarts itself during the activation and brings me right back to the hello lock screen. ive tried disabling find my iPhone, using computer to install the update, took out the SIM card, using LTE vs WIFI, nothing is working and I can’t restore to factory setting because I have not backed up my phone (I will lose all my documents ). Please help me
This problem trolled me on an iPhone 6s! It turns out that iPhones need working NFC to activate, so it is very possible that a faulty NFC chip is causing this issue. This isn’t usually a DIY repair, so I’d recommend sending this to someone who does microsoldering. Be sure to tell them the phone does have data on it even though it is on the setup screen.
