Dears, I’m very lost for about 2 months now, My iPhone 6 started to shutdown by itself, when i put it in my pocket, or when it’s hit by anything, screens goes off, i then try to hit it on its back then make a hard rest it comes to work, then it goes again to turn off after a few hours, lately it started to turn off without hitting it, it turns off when it’s on charger or not, just in idle state it go off. i tried to restore it to factory setting and it kept doing this, when it shutdown i plug it into pc and it show’s me that i have to restore, after many times of restore with no use. actually I’m afraid it go to any technician that maybe will make it down. i replaced battery with no use. i replaced screen with no use. what is my problem! i get a bug_type on diagnostics ( 157,144 ) does anyone know what is actually causing this problem i cannot keep hitting my phone everytime it goes off, otherwise sometimes it dosn’t go on except i restore it to defaults, i lost many memories on my phone because of making restore to factory. please your help

most things that turn off when they are bumped are loose connections. Battery maybe? but more commonly, if you have to do a hard reset, the screen is loose. The screen will not get an image, if it is disconnected, then reconnected while the screen is on, until a hard reset is done. these things being loose, can also mean worn out connectors on the motherboard THAT BEING SAID: you can have failures in your battery, screen, Software, or motherboard. i would suggest in this specific case, to have a professional run a diagnosis, and figure out which it is. this would require them to have the phone for a few hours and look at the internal workings.
