Good Afternoon All My Sons iPhone 7 Plus died and now it will not come back on or charge. Purchased new Apple charger, have left to charge overnight and still nothing, also tried holding power button and volume buttons no luck, not even recognized when plugged into the computer. Please Help TIA
If you have a warranty and are near an Apple store, I’d get the battery replaced. I have had a very large number of iPhone 7 and 7 plus’s need their batteries replaced lately. If you are comfortable opening the phone, I’d unplug the battery connector and plus it back in. I’ve had this fix he issue before.
