My IPhone 4s is disabled and says connect to iTunes. On connecting to iTunes, get a message “to allow access, please respond on your iPhone. I am unable to shut down the phone despite pressing the power and home button nor able to restore the device using iTunes. Please guide.

  2. Are your buttons damaged? If not you should be able to force shut down your iPhone
