Chosen Solution

I hate to be the bearer of bad news. There is no way to get back into the device besides remembering the passcode, or by restoring it. I have several colleagues at the Apple Store and they have verified. Sorry mate. I only add this solution as there is no other alternative. Best of luck!

If your device is iOS 8.3 and under, it is possible to bypass passcode attempt limits. Otherwise it is not possible to recover data whatsoever.

My iPhone 5c was disabled then I restored it now I see ‘iPhone is disabled connect to iTunes’ only. The whole screen is blank except this message. Before restore, I could see the screen with time, signal indicator etc. along with this message. Now iPhone has 10.3.3. Any idea how to fix this?
