Hi my son gas disabled his iPhone and it saying connect to iTunes. Have no way of getting itunes as all my laptops are not working. How else ca I fix this
If u have an iCloud account on the phone u might be able to perform a remote wipe of the phone deleting all the data… Not sure if this will work never tried it however u could try log onto iCloud.com alternatively:- Borrow a laptop and restore the phone in recovery modeTake it to the apple store and get them restore the phoneFollow the guides on here to fix one of the laptops and restore the phoneA restore will wipe the data and afterwards u will need to know the iCloud details it there is an account on there Recovery mode, turn off the phone wait a few seconds to be off, hold the home button (round one at the bottom) plug the USB cable into the phone whilst holding the button. After a few seconds of the apple logo u should see a USB symbol appear on the screen and iTunes detect the phone in recovery mode.
