Chosen Solution
I have been having this same issue for over a month ago and even after surfing online for the solution and trying them(changing battery, hard reset including all the solutions here) nothing worked. Yesterday while checking up fixes on YouTube I saw a recent video on how to fix this issue and it actually worked for me. It even teaches how to fix iPhone touch pad issues. What you did on your phone is a liitle bit dangerous for it .Removing the Lcd or the flex cables withour removing your battery may cause shortage to the board luckily on your case its not damage or what .Always remember remove the battery first before anything else .regarding to not using proper or lacking of tools in opening the phone may result of damage to the board so keep that in mind.
Back Camera and LED/Flash not working, Wifi is extremely weak. When I open the camera app, front camera works fine but when I switch to the back camera the display goes black. In the top left corner it shows the following message, “Flash is Disabled - The iPhone needs to cool down before you can use the flash.”
Okay so this issue can happen from a loose rear camera connection to logic board. If you do not have the metal plate that covers the screen and rear camera connectors on the board the cable for rear camera can easily become loose on unplug so check for that and reseat as needed. Had clients come in for that before.

Guys , I have I phone 7 plus . The same problem happend to me when I drop the phone in the floor . I been trying online solutions for about one month . No use . I even go to the repair store and check the cable connection, if there was some loss . No result . I live in Ethiopia there is no Apple store . When someone contact me to buy I cloud closed iPhone 7 Plus , I took the risk and buy it . I replace the camera with from the I cloud closed iPhone . My phone now works perfectly. In my suggestion, am nat an expert on hardware , the cameras may be sensitive and can be damaged easily. Replace your camera with new one . It works 100%
