My Iphone 11 touchscreen is unresponsive. I have tried resetting my phone many times but I cannot get past the home screen. I am planning on replacing the phone but my problem is that I had an alarm set on my phone and now it rings every 9 minutes. Is there any way I can disable the alarm or turn off my phone permanently instead of just resetting it?
You’ll either have to disconnect the battery or wait for the battery to drain. Is the screen cracked?
