Hello My iphone is disabled and getting error , your iphone is disabled connect to itunes. Is there any way to back up photos and videos from my phone before restoring it. Please help. Thanking you.
Did you forget the passcode? If not you can try updating the phone via 3utools (make sure to check retain user data before flashing) and see if that lets you enter the passcode one more time. Otherwise the only other option is if you have the photos backed up on iCloud and you’ll have to wipe the phone as data recovery from a disabled iPhone is not possible.

Dear Ratika, Dear Ben, I am writing you as I have exactly the same problem described in your above discussion. The status of my iPhone 7 (IOS 11.4.1) is : disabled connect to iTunes. I know my passcode. Is there any way to retrieve photos and videos from the disabled iphone ?Did you fix the problem with your iPhone using the 3utool?
