I dropped my iPhone 5c today by mistake..it isn’t responding at all but when I try to call on my number from another device, it is sounding like my phone is ringing but actually it’s not.. in this case what should I do?
If you can tell the phone is still on then the screen needs to be replaced. It’s common on the 5C for the display ribbon cable to become damaged after the phone is dropped.
