my iphone 5s dropped from my hand a day ago. after that the phone is not working. when connected to charger it shows the apple logo and turns off. i tried to restore it using recovery mode in itunes , when i pressed the restore button “preparing iphone for restore " shows in itunes and phone automatically disconnects from computer. is it battery problem or something else . plz help
i had the same issue. Let the iPhone charge battery so it has more than 50%. Best would be if u let it for 1-2 hours cuz the iPhone 5S is sure really old and doesnt have a that good battery!
