Hello, i recently dropped my iphone 7s and when i picked it up off the floor it hand black grey lines, but after it turned off and went black completely. I have tried everything, my home button is also hard/stuck it wont allow me to press it. I have tried everything on youtube. Ive tried to turn it on, charge it and still stuck on the black screen. I dont know what to do. Im starting to think maybe the battery is damaged and needs replacement?
Likely lcd / digitizer damage, if you have to tools and feel comfortable opening up your phone you can check to make sure the connections are solid, the repair guides here are easy to follow. If not take to a local tech and have then trouble shoot and replace the screen. Hope this helps!
