Like in this case (Why is my iPhone waking up every 10 seconds?) I had a slight water damage with my iPhone 6 (left it in the rain for roughly 2 minutes). Since then my iPhone is waking up every minute. And I experience acoustic phone call disruptions (only at my side), maybe the speaker is damaged? I already opened my iPhone and cleaned the Home button connector with no success. Any suggestions?
The best thing you can do is clean your whole logic board. There might be corrosion on your logic board but also on the spare parts. You can also check the power button flex.
