Hello, today i had an iPhone 6 with a defective screen, the glass was shattered and also the lcd behind was very damaged, but you still could read something in the top left corner. I have about 6 replacement screens here, but none of them works with this iPhone. The strange thing is, that the original damaged screen still shows the top left corner and says “no service”, but with all the other displays I just get a black screen, the backlight is turned on but no image. The replacement displays work perfectly on other iPhones… What could be the problem? Thanks in advance and sorry for my english

There are 5 possible reasons for this problem:

  1. Power Distribution Issue
  2. The Dead Battery Issue
  3. The Damage Board Issue
  4. Assembly Issue
  5. Flat Cable Connection For more detailed info please check this guide: What to do when iPhone Won’t Turn On After Screen Replacement

If the hard reset doesn’t help you might have bend the lcd cable of the screen and it broke, had same issue with mine.
