Hi, Yesterday, my iPhone 8 reboot automatically and it loops on the apple logo. I entry into the DFU mode, because I can’t do anything more, and now I can’t get out of this mode. If I connect the iPhone to iTunes into this mode, iTunes says me I have to update or restore. If I try to update it, the process finish around 30% with an error of update. This happens once and once again. I’ve tried to exit from DFU mode with different programms, without success. I’ve tried too to update the firmware from another program, such as 3utools, whitout success too. I think the problema is that is not enough free space on disk. How can I access to the file system and delete some data to finish the update? In case this is not possible, how can I fix the problem or access my data to backup it? I don’t want to restore my iPhone, because I don’t have a recent backup. Thanks in advance. Fran
Which error does iTunes show if you try to restore/update?
When I try to update via iTunes it appears the error code 14. I’ve checked I’m connected to the iPhone with the original cable.
