Hello, i dropped my iPhone 6s and it caused 3 cracks on the upper left corner of the screen without reaching the screen area (the cracks on the black area next to selfie camera) but what i realised is the phone is restarting it self and when i connect charger it doesn’t charge and every time it restarts it gives different battery percentage when i tried to see the battery information it doesn’t give me any info and it keeps loading the info screen. is this battery issue, and does replacing the battery solve the issue? or is it more complex hardware issue?
Sounds like the battery connector BSI point is not connected properly. So check the battery first connect perfectly to PCB.
