My iPhone keeps saying the storage is almost full, but when I go to manage the storage, it says 31,8 GB of 64 used?? (It says the same on iTunes) The badge app icon is driving me insane. I’ve already tried rebooting and restoring. Can anyone help??
The storage is full in icloud. Apple’s cloud storage and storage of the device are two different things

I don’t know (since I don’t use an iPhone), but it may be a software-related issue. Contact Apple Support and they will probably fix the issue.
Yes I had the same problem. Please use IFixit to perform a DFU restore. This will completely erase and restore the software and firmware inside your iPhone. This should fix the problem. Make sure to backup. Please let us know how that goes. Sometimes DFU restores even fix problems you did t know you had.
