The screen is not responsive and it either: 1- not work (freeze, can’t swipe or do anything) 2- malfunction ( like if I press 2 it will be 8 or open an app other than the one that I wanted) I tried restoring and restarting, I’ve also closed the unused apps. But it still occurs
If the restore hasn’t been successful then it is likely hardware issue. Try a different screen on the phone and see if it is still replicating the issues, if so then check the digitiser connector on the logic board for damage i.e missing pins. If there is damage on the board you will need to take it to a micro-solderer for repair.
