iPhone X screws stripped inside for bottom speaker area, tried rubberband method and Superglue method still no luck, any advice? Thanks
Hi Here’s the 2 ways that I would use 1)use some stripped screw removers:here’s some that you can buy on ifixit Precision Screw Extractor Set 2)use a dremel to cut a slot in the screw:if you have steady hands you can try and cut a small slot in the screw so that you can fit a flathead screwdriver into the screw and remove it Here’s a video on doing it https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DD7jYf8Aao… You will just have to do what’s in the video on a smaller scale when I use this method I put some tape and thin cardboard to shield the surrounding components just in case it slips and to stop metal shaving getting into places that they shouldn’t be Hopefully this helps Any questions please ask Thanks:-)
