I have an iphone se 2020 but the home button doesn’t work.
Plug the phone into a mac and put it into recovery mode, press volume up and then volume down and then hold down the power button until it shuts off them hold down volume down and the power button till a connect to mac symbol shows up Then you can use Apple configurator 2 from the app store to either update it or restore it. Try update first and if that doesn’t work you most likely will have to try a reset.
