The thermalmonitord sensor your log is referring to is mic 1 which is located on the Lightning Connector Assembly and will restart every few minutes if the CPU cannot communicate with the sensor. This part is not that difficult to replace but make sure you purchase a replacement from a reputable supplier. The repair guide is here.
