Are the iPhone SE screen replacements featured on this site a genuine apple product? I want to make sure so I don’t pay for a foreign knockoff and have lines straight across the middle of the display. If anyone knows the answer that would be very helpful, thank you.
No, they are aftermarket screens and iFixit is a reputable supplier for replacement iPhone screens as they come with lifetime warranty. You can get screens from other reputable suppliers such as injured gadgets and mobile sentries.
If you order the iPhone SE screen replacement from iFixit (full assembly with LCD screen bracket/front camera and microphone), note that the microphone is for iPhone 5/5s and is incompatible with iPhone SE. You will need to remove the hopefully functional front camera/sensor/microphone assembly from your broken screen and replace the incompatible assembly in the new screen. You could also order the cheaper LCD and digitizer only but it will be more work to install the old front camera assembly as well as the screen bracket. On the up side, the iFixit LCD screen is definitely of very high quality.
