I have an iPhone SE that will turn on and show the Apple logo (then a blank screen,) but that’s it. I have tried to put it into DFU mode (successfully,) but when I hit restore, the Apple logo gets a progress bar underneath it, but does not progress. I have left it overnight and it did nothing but sit there at the logo with an empty progress bar. I have to reset it to get it off that screen. In Device Manager, three devices show up indicating that the phone is in DFU mode by default, but I can’t get to the restore options unless I hold the home button and power button as is required for normal dfu mode. I don’t know what else to try. Any ideas?

You may not have a software problem It is possible you have a hardware issue with the logic board If you have a good SE phone and if you can transfer the logic board fron the phone that is not working to it and see if you get the same issue
