Hi, I’m curious if it is possible to fit iPhone SE internals into an iPhone 5 shell. I really like the black iPhone 5 and would love to do this. If not, are there other options?
Not going to happen, dimensions are totally different.
All Apple iPhone models are built with different parts. You can hardly use parts from a different model to fix or customize another iPhone device that is not the same model. By doing so, you are risking a lot of things by doing this. A lot of time, effort, your warranty, and the possibility of some internals not working properly are at stake if you attempt this. I would strongly advise against attempting this, unless you have a very strong knowledge of the iPhone’s internals and know exactly what you are doing when disassembling.
