I just replaced the charging port and tapic engine and now my phone is stuck in a boot loop. I went back and disconnected the front camera, home button, and doubled checked all connections. The only thing I noticed is that I did lose some screws during the process of checking things due to my children messing around and dropped the loose parts onto the carpet. I have ordered a screw kit which I’m hoping the issue is just the missing screws.
disconnect all flex cables except the dockconnector and battery to the logic board and boot your iphone, if it boots up then you can connect the flex cable one by one to look which causes the fault.
