the phone has a broken home button, but it wasn’t a problem with touch assist. until I restored a backup from another user, and when it restarted a white screen appeared asking: “Press the home button to update”. I’m stuck there, I can’t do anything, the Finder doesn’t see the phone, and if I restart it, the white screen asking you to press the home button always comes back. crazy situation. need help please.
You need to get the home button replaced or it’ll be stuck on that screen.
