i recently bought a new iPhone they said it was a battery problem but now i noticed they already replaced the screen so im starting to wonder what the real problem is. When i turn on wifi the top right corner just under the camera starts to warm up and gets real hot at a certain moment it can’t find any signals anymore and when im able to connect the phone shuts down and doesn’t work anymore is the screen they used bad or what could be the problem?
The location you described is right where the wifi chip is located. My guess would be the phone was damaged by water or a drop. Follow the ifixit teardown and inspect the chip for signs of damage.
