I just bought an new battery but it wouldn’t charge after the replacement. I’ve tried replacing my old battery and it works just fine. The new battery only shows the red battery icon after plugging the charging cable, and won’t turn on the phone.I tried measure the voltage but it’s normal (3.82v), is there any solution for this?
If the original battery still lets the phone power up, then it seems like you received a faulty battery. Contact whoever you got the battery from and see if you can get a replacement.
