Chosen Solution
I believe (hope) this is not an Iphone problem, but my WIFI or router problem. Recently my phone will not connect to my home wifi. When I bring up the available networks, a message comes up and says “cannot connect to Belkin 404” which is my router. My laptop is still hooked up to the wifi, and I get wifi signals on my phone elsewhere. But I don’t even have the option to re-enter my router password or anything. Suggestions? Thanks
Do a network reset in settings this should sort it
Before you reset the phone or do anything drastic try this: Launch the Settings app on your iPhoneTap on Wi-FiTap on the info button next to the network name (i)Tap on Forget This NetworkRestart the phone by holding the lock and home buttons for a few seconds until it rebootsTry rejoin the network, it will ask you for the password again
