So my mom had gotten this iPhone from a friend and it was unresponsive. So I replaced the battery and it turned on and charged up just fine. I shut it off and when I tried to turn it back on the next day it was unresponsive again. I have no idea what’s going on. Please help.
Try another battery that you know is charged and see if the phone will come on.
