Chosen Solution

I just replaced the charge port and battery on an IPhone 4 and the iphone still wont charge. If turned off and it is plugged in it will turn on and stay on if the battery has life but will not charge. Any suggestions of what the cause could be or possible solutions.

  1. Try a different charging cord.
  2. Try another dock connector.

It is usually the battery connector not completely attached
