so i bought this iphone off a friend about 8 months ago worked fine , untill my battery wouldnt stay charged for long, so i went to a place where they fix your screens and got a new battery, that was about 6 months ago. for the past 3 days ill be using my phone such , and it will just restart, it did this about every hour, and for the past day its been doing it every 5 minutes. i tried using a different charger chord but doesnt seem to help. now it will only turn on if its plugged in but wont go past the apple logo and then turns straight off i cant even connect to itunes to restore becuase my phone wont go to the home page. also my battery percentage freezes its been on 3% for the whole day.
Just try replacing the battery. I had the same problem and replacing the battery allowed it to get pass the error code in trying to restore with iTunes.
I agree replacing the battery is the best solution, but if you dont hve a battery and need immediately, you can charge the battery directly for a short whille, close phone, and it may possibly then resume charging through port. If this works you can’t let the battery fully discharge again or the same thing will occur again (im assuming youve checked port to make sure its lint/dirt free)
