Hi, My iPhone works only when in charge and if you disconnect the charger the phone turn off and you need a while to turn it on again, sometimes it turn off, on again and off….the battery health is 76% and there is a message saying about service option near the battery health. Can someone help me please? Thanks
76% is pretty low for a battery. Would most likely need replacing
