Chosen Solution
After replacing a broken iPhone X screen I try to enter the passcode on the phone and after pressing the final digit the phone freezes and doesn’t proceed, cannot be locked and can only be hard reset. Can still receive and take phone calls but can’t get past the lock screen. Problem persists after old screen reinstalled. Any ideas? Cheers
I have had this weird bug once. I believe it was due to some software corruption and ended up either having to update or restore it (erase data) worst case.
