Two weeks ago my IphoneX just died while I was charging it. I did the reboot steps but didn’t work. I connected it to the itunes but it still did not work. So, I went to the apple service center to get my phone checked. They said that my device won’t turn on and the reason behind it is because of the logic board or the motherboard of my iPhone is damaged. AND they can’t do anything about it or fix it. All they can advice to me is to get a new one or a replacement phone which costs about $780 because my warranty is expired. My phone is already a year and a half old. I MEANNN come on. I’m so frustrated right now. What should I do?? My phone was working really well before the incident.

The problem with cheap places is that they are cheap for a reason, look for someone good and reputable that is able to repair the phone for u… A bad cable or bad charger can cause what ur describing, look for someone reputable that is good at their job and tell them everything exactly what happened to the phone, if it was dropped etc if it was charged on a dodgy charger etc and they should be able to fix it for u. Take it somewhere that doesn’t specialise on these kinds of things just because it’s cheap then ur likely to loose ur chances of being able to fix it and places that can may charge u more because it’s been tampered with
