So I recently ran into a problem with my iPhone X. I replaced the screen and the Face ID setup won’t work. I have transferred the Serial Number over from the original screen so true tone is functional. No errors come up, it is able to get into the part where it asks you to align your face with the frame. However, it just asks me to move the iPhone a little higher and then a little lower. It won’t actually detect my face but it knows a face is there because if I move my face out of the frame it says that the face is out of view. I have tried cleaning the IR cam, front facing cam, flood illuminator and the dot projector with 99% isopropyl alcohol. Animoji is fully workingPortrait mode from the rear facing cameras work but not front facingFace ID setup won’t complete Anyone ran into this problem and managed to solve it? Thanks, Andrew
