I replaced my iPhone X charging port assembly. Everything connected to the assembly works.(ie. Taptic, Loud speaker) when i plug in lightning headphones into the phone they work perfectly. When i try to connect the phone to my computer or charge it with a lightning cable, It doesn’t charge. I did replace the battery with a high capacity one as well along with the charging port but that isn’t the issue I don’t think because wireless charging works and it is what I’m currently using to charge the phone. The charging port bought was from mobile defenders. Well by the looks of it you’ve narrowed down just about everything accept for the lightning cable itself and Hydra. I would try changing the cable next and see what happens when you flip the orientation of the cable 180 degrees to see if there’s any change. If you were using or had used a cheap third party charger it could’ve damaged Hydra, the USB validating chip inside Apple products. This is a measure put in place to make sure that an MFI (made for iPhone, iPod, and iPad) accessory is being used because when they’re a MFI certified accessory they have surge protection. Cheap accessories will often use another chip to trick Hydra to get the accessory to work and when there’s a sudden power surge, it’s left unprotected and results in an issue like this, although typically the symptom I see when this issue comes into my shop is the phone won’t charge when it’s completely dead, no matter how long you leave it to charge. Some repair shops will have the TriStar/Hydra tester or you could buy it yourself although they’re a little pricey but if you’re getting into the world of electronics repair, I highly recommend you pick one up. It’ll save a lot of headache. https://www.mobiledefenders.com/tristar-
