I successfully replaced my battery with ifixit battery. When i turned it on it was at around 50%. I drained the battery to 10% then tried charging it, i saw the charging icon then left it alone. I checked back on it after an hour and it’s still at 10%. I used an original ipad charger i bought from an apple store with the cable tha came with my iphone x. I also tried using my iphone 11 pro max charger and cable and still does the same. How do i fix this. Thanks in advance
Update (06/19/2020) Fixed it! I guess I got a bad replacement battery, contacted ifixit and they sent me another one. Replaced it again and so far it works great
Try the old battery and see if it works then. It’s a possibility that you got a defective battery. You can also try unhooking the battery and letting it reset. There is a very small possibility that you have a bad tristar ic and it could stop it from charging.
