Had an iPhone X in for a screen replacement. we used a genuine replacement LCD and the phone was working fine. a few weeks later the client broke the rear glass of the device. we then changed the rear glass. After the replacement of the rear glass the screen is now unresponsive to touch. Has anyone had similar issues or can anyone help with a diagnosis?
Hello, you first check out external accessories LCD display if you have any questions, if no problem, have in check the LCD connected to the motherboard is good, have to disconnect the battery operation, whether the person is very easy to burn out the mainboard, other external accessories under the condition of no problem, motherboard bad probability is very big.
